We envision a neighborhood that is considered by residents and non-residents to be a desirable place to live and enjoy the benefits of family, friends and community.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through management of common areas, enforcement of the rules and covenants, support of initiatives that strengthens bonds among residents and investment in capital improvements that benefit the common good.
General Info
PROPERTY OWNER DUES: Single Lot: $1,300 / Corner Lot: $1,625. Additional pro-rated dues for those properties with larger lot sizes.
TRASH COLLECTION DAYS: Private service collection happens every Tuesday and Friday.
SCHOOLS: Zoned to Hunter’s Creek Elementary and Memorial High School.
HOA TEXAS RESALE CERTIFICATE: Check for $200 payable to Bolton Place Townhouse Association. Please allow up to 10 days from payment date to deliver certificate.
